Duties and responsibilities will include compiling expressions of interest (EOI), coordination of corporate events, organising internal functions, marketing, putting together award submissions, overseeing input into publications, contribution into company branding, taking a leading role in business development and other creative projects.
Of equal importance to the marketing responsibilities will be the management of systems and processes. This will include maintaining databases, Indesign templates, supervision of site photography, website management, E brochure updates and changes, keeping staff profiles current and keeping up to date with tender and EOI deliverables.
Relevant experience in presentation, outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a track record of proficiency in the use of software is essential (Abobe Suite, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Microsoft suite, Mail Chimp) Qualifications in marketing, journalism or public relations would all be valuable. Previous experience of working within the construction or property industry would be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role it is essential to be organised, possess an ability to remain calm under pressure and have a very sharp eye for detail. This role would be ideal for a positive self starter who has a can do attitude and is able to influence others in a constructive fashion. If the successful applicant demonstrates a natural aptitude for business development then there is an option to include an additional performance incentive based on conversion of leads.
