Description

Reporting to an experienced Bid Manager, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality submissions, presentations, capability statements, and marketing materials that highlight the dynamic capabilities of this building contractor.

Reporting to an experienced Bid Manager, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality submissions, presentations, capability statements, and marketing materials that highlight the dynamic capabilities of this building contractor.

Your keen attention to detail and passion for the construction industry will empower you to bring the company's expertise to life, showcasing its leadership in planning, constructing, and delivering cutting-edge mission-critical projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize InDesign and Microsoft Word (via Dropbox/Teams) to create frameworks and prepare tender submissions, as well as expression of interest documents.
  • Design and produce tender and corporate presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Serve as a liaison between preconstruction, submissions, marketing, and construction teams, ensuring the effective gathering and synthesis of critical information for presentations, bids, and submissions.
  • Continuously work towards optimizing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in bid management within a construction or property-related company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in competitive procurement and tendering processes.
  • Strong ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders while working to tight deadlines, remaining composed under pressure, and offering innovative presentation solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail with a focus on systems, processes, and procedural excellence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all business and commercial interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
