In this key role, you will report directly to the Estimating Manager and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values precision, initiative, and excellence. You will be exposed to a wide variety of large-scale, dynamic projects and will play a crucial part in the full tender process – with the chance to take the lead on bids ranging from $20M–$50M and with continued guidance scale up to $200M+.

•  Cost planning like a pro – Even when details are thin, you can create accurate, smart estimates that keep projects on track from day one.
• Tendering expertise – You have genuine experience with hard dollar tenders and know how to deliver competitive, winning pricing.
• Tender model understanding– Whether it is Lump Sum, D&C, ECI, or something in between—you understand how each works.
• Hands-on skills – You are comfortable measuring quantities.
• Versatility – You have successfully worked across different project types and industries, and you are ready to take on whatever comes next.
