Due to continued growth and expansion, a new role has been created with a medium tier building contractor who are looking for a Building Estimator to join their established team. This role offers genuine leadership responsibility and the chance to make a real impact within a collaborative team environment.
You will be responsible for estimating, cost planning and design reviews across a mix of negotiated submissions and hard dollar tenders. Projects span a variety of sectors including education, commercial, retail, hospitality, health, aged care, and infrastructure. Typically, projects range from $1M - $50M.

The estimating team works in unison with the construction team to develop creative, efficient, and cost-effective building solutions.
