As the Building Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of building services, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and essential services across a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have gained extensive experience working with a building contractor throughout a significant portion of their career. A background in electrical engineering will be highly advantageous.
A key aspect of this role is being based on-site and assuming a leadership position in project execution. If you prefer a predominantly office-based role rather than on-site involvement, this opportunity may not be the right fit.
