Are you an experienced Civil Site Manager / Civil Supervisor who has solid ground works experience ideally with a civil construction company, who is motivated to take your career to the next level? Walk straight into a leadership role with this progressive company.

This contractor specializes in high-quality civil construction projects, particularly early works, and infrastructure for mission-critical facilities.

They are keen to hire an experienced Civil Site Manager with strong knowledge of earthworks, underground services, roads, and remediation. They would also consider an ambitious Civil Supervisor who is keen to take the next step into Site Management.

The initial undertaking will be to manage productivity, safety, plant, and material coordination on a fast-track $40 million project at Marsden Park, Sydney. This project is the first stage of an extensive development of which the civil component is in excess of $300M. The works will run for four years, so if you reside locally that would be an added bonus!

On offer is an exceptional opportunity to join the specialist civil construction division of a dynamic, rapidly growing building and civil contractor. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager to help drive the expansion of the team and enhance the company’s in-house machinery capacity.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Civil Supervisor with experience at a medium-tier or top-tier civil contractor, or a major civil subcontractor, who is looking to accelerate their career and step into a Site Manager position.
