An exciting opportunity has emerged with a distinguished privately-owned developer builder known for crafting high-quality, luxury apartment developments. They are currently seeking a skilled Foreperson with a working knowledge of managing intricate facades to join the team commencing, no later than November 2024, on an exclusive $35M development based on the lower North Shore of Sydney.
Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in managing façade work, particularly face brickwork on medium-density residential projects. The role involves overseeing a facade that features face brickwork, including arches and inverted brickwork on the underside of roof slabs. A comprehensive understanding of waterproof detailing, scaffold management, and simultaneous operations across multiple work fronts is crucial for the successful completion of this façade.
While expertise in facades is key to joining this team, the role will evolve to include responsibilities in roof work, landscaping, and ground floor works. There is also potential for long-term growth into other areas of construction, including structural work and general finishes.
