Qualifications

A multi award winning National Building Contractor has an opening in their Sydney head office for a Personal Assistant to play a crucial role within the NSW Construction Division. This business has a reputation that is synonymous with excellence and is highly regarded by its employees, by clients and the wider construction industry. Reporting to a Director the role provides professional and confidential executive and administrative support not only to a Senior Management team but also the wider Construction division. This role is all-encompassing and requires a proactive, multitasker who can prioritize, plan ahead and has an outstanding eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • High level executive support
  • Senior Management reporting
  • Administrative and Office Management
  • Human Resource administrative processes, assist with recruitment, inductions, cadet program, annual leave.
  • Records Maintenance
  • Assisting the Marketing and Events Lead to arrange internal and external events.
  • Corporate image and presentation

Key Skills:

  • A track record of success as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Previous Construction or related industry experience advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, and InDesign
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and a willingness to work in a busy environment as part of a dynamic team.

The role will assist in all divisional activity that impacts the business and so a career focused professional with a high degree of discretion is required. The Personal Assistant will be front and center in crucial communications with stakeholders, will be a key planner of important internal events and will spearhead company initiatives.
