Commence no later than OCTOBER 2024An exceptional, privately owned Developer Builder who creates high quality, innovative and well- designed luxury apartment developments are seeking a Senior Finishes Foreperson. The Company excel at what they do, are financially secure and set the bar for the industry.

They are willing to invest time in you, to enable you to reach all your career milestones. At first you will continue to work as a Finishes Foreperson on an exciting high end residential apartment development. You will learn the systems and work closely with an experienced Site Manager.
Future career opportunities are endless, you may wish to continue as a finishes specialist or work into a General Foreperson’s role or towards Site Management. There are many examples of individuals who have grown and developed with this organisation, fulfilling long term ambitions.
What skills do you need?
You must have a lot of energy and enthusiasm and be passionate about construction and possess a very sharp eye for detail.
Strange as it may seem to others you actually love working in a fast paced environment – you like to be challenged and you enjoy accomplishing things and seeing things through to the end. You have never been one to say “that will do” you want to make sure that projects are completed to a very high standard.
You are a team player and you are aware of what is happening around you and you work with the subcontractors adopting a partnership approach to achieve great results. You might be an all rounder who is a good Foreperson or General Foreperson, but you have a passion for the finishes trades.
They are looking for a Finishes Foreperson with a carpentry trade that was completed with a well-respected builder or developer builder. If you have recently been working on medium density residential development projects then that experience would be highly regarded. Applicants who have been involved in high end new build residential or new build commercial construction projects would also be considered.
As a guide you would be required to work every third Saturday.
