If you are a General Foreperson looking to become a Site Manager then you will be given particularly good support. This builder is excellent at ensuring that all their employees are taken care off. You will be given opportunities to gain experience and to progress in your career. The company are financially secure and they pay all the subcontractors in a timely fashion./p>
To be part of this team you must fulfil the following criteria:
- You must be a carpenter / joiner by trade. You must have worked your way up through the system from a Carpenter to a Leading Hand / Sub Foreperson, Foreperson to General Foreperson.
- It is acceptable if you have managed a mixture of various kinds of projects but a substantial proportion of your experience must be luxury residential in the $10M + range.
- You need to be able to motivate and inspire a team and have excellent relationships with the subcontractors.
The initial team that you will be invited to join will be building a high spec residential project in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney with an approximate construction value of $25M+.
