To be considered for this position, candidates must have a strong background in delivering complex new build Design & Construct and intricate fit-out and refurbishment projects to a minimum value of $10M. Experience in managing healthcare or hospitality projects would be highly advantageous.

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, or similar, is required. Early in your career, you will have completed a building cadetship with a second or third-tier builder. You should have at least four to five years of solid post-graduation experience as a Contract Administrator. A keen commercial acumen is essential, giving you a competitive edge.
