You must have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. You must already have a track record as a Project Engineer and be ready to take on a Senior Project Engineer position on commencement. You must already possess a genuine commercial understanding of new build construction projects, with a strong skill set in procurement, contract administration and design coordination. You need to be a good negotiator and be capable of forming solid relationships with stakeholders. They are looking for someone who is technically minded, commercially astute, has a natural ability to identify design challenges, enjoys the devil in the detail and is motivated by deadlines.
They need a Senior Project Engineer who is eager to keep learning and is a result focused collaborator.
