They do a large proportion of negotiated projects and have ongoing long-term relations with clients. They currently have a full order book of projects and they have several commercial prospects at the concept stage, some are single select projects.

Over the years they have built many iconic buildings and have constructed projects across a vast array of project types. Typically, projects are likely to be between $30M and $300M.

To be considered for this career role you need to have a solid track record of working on the planning, methodology and design phase of complex construction projects. You need to be a planner, a strategic thinker and someone who brings energy and commitment to the table.

You are a confident leader who can mentor and inspire other people. You also have the capacity to really listen. You believe that you are always learning and developing as an individual and you are energized by sharing your knowledge with others less experienced than yourself.

You will be looked after professionally, personally, and financially. This Company have a low turnover of staff. You are not replacing anyone. You will be an additional key member of staff. The decision to employ someone else at this level is a strategic business decision to ensure the Company meets its future objectives.

This building contractor are attracted to candidates who are loyal team players. They do not believe in politics - they just believe in building well, in a down to earth straight forward way. This Company has a flat management structure and you will have direct access to the Board of Directors. Initially you will oversee a complex design and construct, landmark project.
