Are you a driven and experienced construction Supervisor ready to take the reins on premium residential and commercial projects? An opportunity is available for a Site Supervisor who brings energy, expertise, and excellence to every stage of the build.
This is a key leadership role where you will oversee the full delivery of Class 1 and Class 2 construction projects—from the ground up to final handover. You will manage day-to-day site operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties:
- Take charge of end-to-end site management, from civil and in-ground works through to structure, services, fit-out, and commissioning.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to drive performance and productivity.
- Uphold rigorous WHS standards, ensuring all work complies with regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project timelines, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and continuously improve site operations.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure excellence in every detail.
- Proven experience supervising Class 1 and Class 2 residential and commercial builds.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- In-depth knowledge of building processes and a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes.
- A strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- A natural problem solver with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in construction management platforms (Buildertrend, Procure, Procore, or similar).
- Licensed or holding a qualified supervisor certificate.
- Ideally trade qualified as a carpenter.
- Proven experience supervising Class 1 and Class 2 residential and commercial builds.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- In-depth knowledge of building processes and a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes.
- A strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
