Key skills include:
- Demonstrated experience as a Structures Foreperson on commercial, retail, health, education, data centre or industrial projects.
- Experience of materials handling
- Extensive knowledge of formwork erection for all concrete elements
- Excellent planning and programming skills
- Trade background, preferably carpentry
- A partnership approach working alongside subcontractors.
- Relevant qualifications in OHSE and QA
- A reputation for delivering results in high-pressure, challenging environments.
- A history of achievements with recognised top tier or medium tier building contractors.
- A desire to commit to an organisation for a long-term career position and grow your career with that employer.
- A genuine wish to keep learning and developing your own skills and a real desire to coach and mentor others.
