Due to continued growth a leading Building Contractor based in Sydney is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tender and Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic construction team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the business’s marketing and tendering efforts, helping to drive brand visibility and maintain a strong industry reputation.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, Senior Graphic Designer, and tendering team, the successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of high-quality submissions, coordinate marketing campaigns, manage stakeholder communications, and support project promotion across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of tenders and capability statements, including written content and technical material
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, compelling submissions
- Attend internal submission meetings and monitor bid progress and resourcing
- Manage content for award submissions and maintain tendering portals
- Assist in the planning and delivery of divisional marketing campaigns
- Contribute to research, copywriting, and best practice initiatives
- Support branding efforts, project signage, and event-based marketing activities
- Manage content scheduling and engagement across social media platforms
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or tendering role within construction, architecture, or professional services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and a creative yet professional writing style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
